The Children's Clinic of Wyomissing Patient Portal is a safe, secure web site at https://login.intelichart.com/ccwyo that allows you to see and print parts of your child’s medical records.

Established Patients who have created a Patient Portal Account: Click on the image below to be taken to the Children's Clinic of Wyomissing Patent Portal and sign in to your account.

Creating a Patient Portal Account

New Patients who have not yet registered with our office

Please note: Using the new PIN number(s), please activate your account(s) within 14 days. Thank you!

New patients please contact our office at (610) 376-8691 as we must have your e-mail address to activate your ability to create account on the patient portal.

Established Patients who DO NOT yet have a Patient Portal account

If you gave us your e-mail address when you registered your child at Children's Clinic, then you can go ahead and create your account with the Children's Clinic of Wyomissing Patient Portal by:

  1. Clicking on the image of the Patient Portal above. After creating your account, you can return again to the Sign In page by clicking on this image.
  2. Clicking on the Create Account link.
  3. Providing your name and email address on the Create Account page, then clicking Save.
  4. Once you’ve completed Steps 1, 2 & 3, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Patient Portal password and instructions on how to finalize your registration (Very Important Step; Be Sure to Check your Junk Mail folder).


When you log into your newly created portal account, your family page will list the children your e-mail address is associated with.
